Processing & Courier Handoff
After you place an order, we confirm stock and prepare the parcel, then hand it to our courier partner (e.g. Pathao where configured). Delivery times are estimates and can vary during festivals, severe weather, or remote locations. You pay COD in cash to the delivery agent unless you chose another payment method.
