1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Sundarban Shop (sundarbanshop.com and related pages), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the laws of Bangladesh that apply to online retail and consumer protection.
2. Eligibility & Account
You should be 18 years or older (or use the service with a guardian's consent) to place orders. Guest checkout is allowed. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
3. Products, Pricing & Currency
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and may change without prior notice. We aim for accurate product descriptions and images, but minor differences can occur. Final totals (items + shipping − discounts) are confirmed at checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. Primary payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the due amount in cash when the parcel is delivered. Other methods (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card) may be offered depending on store settings. We may cancel or hold orders for suspected fraud, incomplete addresses, or stock issues and will notify you by phone or SMS when possible.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Bangladesh using our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or collection if arranged). See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds follow our Return Policy. COD refunds, when approved, are typically issued via mobile wallet or bank transfer.
7. Intellectual Property
Website content, logos, and product photography remain the property of Sundarban Shop or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by Bangladeshi law, Sundarban Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delayed delivery by third-party couriers beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
